Our Team Our team at Champion Management & Strategic Services includes the following highly experienced professionals: Tony H. Nzeribe (CEO): Tony has over 25 years of combined experience in public sector management, healthcare management, counseling, management and policy analysis. Tony is also the CEO of a United States based foundation engaged in the fight against human trafficking and child labor migration. He also serves as a consultant with the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities and Alabama DHR under the leadership of the Governor of the State of Florida and Alabama respectively. Block (Director, Governmental Affairs): Mark is a seasoned political consultant, most widely known for his role as Chief of Staff for Herman Cain’s 2012 Presidential campaign. He currently serves in several capacities, providing strategic consulting in commercial, political, and non-profit areas, utilizing his unique skills related to grassroots engagement and advocacy. Mark was recently named CEO of the American-Nigerian Consulting Group, which was formed to facilitate mutually beneficial economic, political, and cultural relationships between citizens of the United States and the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Mark has been involved in the political arena for nearly 45 years, having served as the campaign manager for Herman Cain’s Presidential Campaign, former Wisconsin Governor Tommy G. Thompson, and Supreme Court Justices Janine Geske and Jon Wilcox. In addition, he managed over six statewide campaigns, has consulted on dozens of U.S. Senate and Congressional races, and served on the presidential campaign of George H.W. Bush. Mark served as the Wisconsin State Director of Americans for Prosperity from 2006-2010 and grew the state organization from 250 to over 100,000 members, and was instrumental in the 2010 electoral successes in Wisconsin. Hansen (Director, Grants & Special Services): Linda has served clients as a strategic business, non-profit, political, and marketing consultant; International Coach Federation (ICF) Certified Personal and Executive Coach, Leadership Coach and Trainer; Keynote Speaker, Spokesperson, Facilitator, Author. Her experience includes government and public relations; non-profit organization management; local, state, and national political campaigns; and many issue-advocacy and coalition projects, specializing on issues involving energy (especially nuclear), property rights, land-use, water rights, consumer rights, public health, and small business. Her expertise includes organizational development, team and/or coalition building, coaching individuals, fundraising, and building relationships to achieve shared goals and objectives. Dr. Ikedife Uba (Chief Operating Officer): Ikedife is a performance and results-driven Finance & Administration professional with over 20 years of high-profile global manufacturing, IT and audit experience impacting corporate performance with organizational, project and financial leadership. Ikedife leads comprehensive financial operations, including comprehensive business modelling, forecasting, and reporting. He serves in leadership roles, developing and implementing business and financial improvement initiatives in alignment with strategic goals and objectives. He also provides support to the production, sales and marketing functions in the development of product, service and performance strategies that increase revenues and drive profitability. Ikedife’s areas of expertise include: strategic and operational financial analysis/controlling, business performance management, project and risk management, investment/cash-flow optimization, accounting, business valuation, comprehensive business planning/modelling, forecasting and reporting, internal controls, plant (manufacturing) finance, business process optimization, function start-up, team leadership, regulatory compliance, communication, stakeholder relationship management. Megan Dobbs, Director Consumer Affairs and Training: Megan has over 15 years experience in hospitality management, consumer affairs, developing and conducting customer training, and providing training to customer staff with differing needs including System Administrators, Managers, Team Leads, and Trainers. Megan is also the General Manager of Champion Medical Services, a leading distributor, provider of medical equipment management and service solutions to the United States health care industry. Fatima Hassan, Consultant In addition to several years of professional experience in the public sector as a “bridge builder“ between Europe and Africa, Fatima Hassan is the CEO of FG Global Consulting, a German based global Business advisory firm that provides multidisciplinary solutions to complex challenges and opportunities in Africa. Fatima is also the Director of DE Global Impulse Concepts, a Nigerian-based International firm that provides consultancy, marketing, public relations, image design and project management services.
